I want you to feel confident about the "business" side of therapy so we can focus on your actual work. I use Headway to manage all insurance billing for both virtual and in-office sessions.

Private Pay & Out-of-Network
If you do not have one of the plans listed above, you can still receive care through private pay.
Standard Session Fee: 45–53 mins - $100
Initial Intake: 60 mins - $150
No-Show/Late Cancellation: $50
Insurance FAQs
Q: If I see you in-office in Oklahoma, do I still use Headway?
A: Yes. Regardless of whether we meet in person or virtually, all insurance billing is processed through the Headway platform for transparency and ease of payment.
Q: Can I see you before my insurance is "live"?
A: You can begin therapy at any time using my Private Pay rates. Once credentialing is finalized for your specific provider, we can transition your billing to insurance for future sessions.
Q: How do I know what my co-pay will be?
A: When you create your profile on Headway, they will automatically verify your benefits and give you an estimated co-pay before our first session.
In-Network Update Request
I am currently in the process of expanding my Oklahoma insurance network to include Blue Cross Blue Shield (OK), Humana, and many more to come.
